We are super excited about our next Poppi Seed Market and we’d love for you to join us!  We’re here for all the talented, handmade peeps; local, small shops; vintage and upcycled gems; and super fun creatives.

Our markets are currently broken up into two formats: open-air and retail collective pop up shop.

Retail Collective Pop Up Shop Details

Our goal for our retail collective is to offer a curated shopping experience similar to that of our open-air markets.  We want to showcase local goods, handcrafted gifts, and festive wares.  This happens in a variety of ways including maker booths, pop ups, in-store mini markets, seasonal sales, and workshops.

Apply To Be A Collective Maker

Applications for the Collective are broken up into maker booths and pop-ins, and are subject to rent and/or a commission on sales.  We   

MAKER BOOTHS

Our Maker Booths are spilt into three options: 1.) Everyday which are larger booths (8×6 and up) with a 3 month min, 2.) Boutique which are Market-provided spaces of a clothing rack, shelfing unit, or small table with a 3 month min, or 3.) Consignment which is on a case by case basis with limited inventory and merchandised by the Market.

All options run on a central checkout platform where you are not present with your items/booth, sales are made for you by the Market team, and you are charged rent and/or commission for your sales, with a monthly payout.

POP-INS

Our Pop-In options are limited to two options: 1.) Mini Market or 2.) Pop-in.  Mini Market makers will be a part of the Collective for a temporary time frame (usually about two weeks) and use Market-provided fixtures for their wares.  Pop-in makers will be given a small booth space (roughly 6×6) to set up with the option of using fixtures available in the shop.

Mini Markets will run on a central checkout platform where you are not present with your items/booth, sales are made for you by the Market team, and you are charged a flat fee and/or commission for your sales, with a payout two weeks after the Mini Market is over. Pop-in’s will be charged a flat fee and/or be asked to provide a giveaway item and will collect their own sales so there will be no commission or payout.
