Lemon Poppyseed Sourdough Workshop

Join us for a Lemon Poppyseed Sourdough class with Jess from Growing My Girl Gang! Learn all the basics of baking your very own flavored sourdough loaves.  You will leave the class with a sourdough starter, hands-on tutorial, sourdough tasting, and dough that is ready to be baked in your kitchen.

Details:

Date & Time – Sunday, June 29 from 11 am to 1 pm

Venue – Poppi Seed Market (6432 Irvine Blvd, Irvine, Ca 92620)

Each student will need to bring:

• an empty mixing bowl
• 3.5 cups of flour (preferred King Arthur bread flour)
